3. Services: Real-estate Transaction Support

LexCasa provides professional support for property purchase, sale, and lease procedures, including document review, negotiation guidance, and process coordination. Service sessions are conducted via online meetings or on-site visits as agreed.

Cancellations and Adjustments: You may reschedule a service session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a full refund as outlined below. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to preparation commitments.

4. Information Products

We offer digital resources such as eGuides, video tutorials, and template documents related to real-estate transactions. These items are delivered electronically upon purchase.

Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed. Refund requests received after this period are not accepted.

5. Goods

This category covers physical merchandise such as branded materials or printed guides. Goods will be shipped to your provided address.

Refunds or Replacements: You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. To initiate a claim, contact our team. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
